Path to Reopening

As our country begins the process of reopening, our Executive Leadership Team has been hard at work preparing a phased plan for Creekwood to reopen. The full scope of the plan will be fluid, with government and CDC guidelines in mind. Everything hinges on the health of our community and region. Our plan is made up of 3 phases, all of which are dependent on the progress of the previous one.

Phase One

Postponed (Please see July 15 update)
Small Group Gatherings
  1. Life Groups are Able to Resume Meeting In-person. (Operate under these small group guidelines) Community is a cornerstone of how we were meant to do life. We encourage you to get plugged into a group and start building lasting relationships. Browse the Directory here.
  2. Host a Church at Home Watch Party. (Operate under these small group guidelines) If you’re comfortable, we encourage you to invite your friends, neighbors and/or family to join you in person and watch the Church at Home service together. Help create a welcoming environment for those around you to connect with God.
  3. Community Serve Projects Continue. Learn more on how to get involved here.

Phase Two

Begins TBD
Outdoor Gatherings

In this phase, we will host family events at our Future West Campus. The property is large enough to allow for in-person gatherings while also allowing appropriate social distancing. Guidelines and gathering information will be released prior to the meeting dates to ensure you have all the information you need.

  • The Family Reunion party originally scheduled for July 17 has been postponed due to changes in government guidelines and recommendations.

Phase Three

Begins TBD
In-Person Services Return

When it is safe to gather again, the plan is to resume services on-site at our East Campus (Creekwood Church – 260 N. Miller Rd.). There will be two service times offered with full Critters, Kids, and Middle Ground student classes. Additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures will be in place, and services will operate under limited capacity to keep everyone safe. More information will be provided as the date approaches.

We recognize that coming together in a group setting during this time is a personal choice for you and your family, and we want to support and equip you as you define what is best for your situation. Church at Home will continue for anyone who prefers to stream our services online.
